Fishing Yesterday

Went out yesterday with the wife and kids. Forecast was wrong again, windy and swell around in the morning. We perservered and pushed on. The results were good. The wife got a 53cm Dhuie, I got a 56cm Flatty, 42cm Black Arse and a 49cm KG. Then the sharks moved in so we moved on. This was then followed up by the kids catching 12 whiting on the way back in. My apologies for the photo's but at least it is something. Oh yeah the fish (other than the whiting) were taken in about 37mtrs and about 12 mile out.

Great family day out
And really great to see everyone in hats and longsleeves, and the kids in life jackets. Sunburn can really ruin a day out!

nice fish,you caught more than us.we only got 1 big KG and a few undersize pinkies and that was it.

Whenever
Whenever the weather is meant to be safe enough to take the kids out we are out. If it is a bit rough for the kids we usually get the grandparents to mind them and the wife and i go.
