Foldaboat

Does anyone know where there is an agent/dealer in WA for Foldaboats

Long story behind it,an old mate was pumping up his rubber raft that he uses to get from shore out to his 26 foot launch Dorothea-was pictured on this site ages ago.Well the raft was on the back of his F250 and to reach it he needed to stand on a small step and sure enough he fell backwards off the step fracturing his skull from ear to ear[Boxing day]and has just been released from hospital. His missus has put both feet down and said "NO MORE RUBBER RAFT",so the nearest thing that will do the job is a foldaboat or very small dinghy/tender like the yachties use.
Any suggestions welcome
John

you can get small inflatables that would do the job.i think they are 2 man that would easily fit in the back of the f250 even if it has a cover on it.might be worth looking into.Hope your mate is all good to go now .

Raft

The raft he's got is a six/eight man jobbie. It has a small leak that we have tried to fix but haven't succeeded, tried everything but none of the glues/resins/contact cements/silicons/sikaflex's but none stay put for long.
He needs a solid floor to stand up before getting out of it and on to his big boat--he uses a couple of bits or plywood now.
The distance from shore to the boat is only 30-40 feet so he doesn't even need to row it,just pull himself out on the mooring line.Cannot alter the mooring lines as an easterly wind would put the boat up on the bank.
Small inflatables are worse than the big one when trying to get in/out,tried it with mine and I finished up in the drink.
