I use Indocid for the inflammation, and depending on day or night, Nurofen plus or Mersyndol or similar. Aside from the Indocid, they can be bought over the counter. I get the arthritis in both my hands, knees and ankles. It's either from injuries playing footy and left over from Ross River.

Quite seriously - this fella needs serious help, has done for a long while. Cant imagine what his family is going through (actually - I can). The fact is , he hasn't played footy for what - 5/6 years - football is totally irrelevant when discussing Cousins now. You're also right, when you say he needs to want help - I wonder now if he has the mental capacity to make any worthwhile decisions in relation to his health - quite sad really, despite the fact he chose to use this hideous shit. Someone needs to make the decision for him. I hope if anything good is to come out of this - it is that others, particularly young people get themselves a proper understanding of the consequences.
