I am pretty sure that aqua technics brought the Fraser boat moulds and sold them as Advanti boats cause they to have the same model numbers. That was around 25 years ago when I worked there. 

 Peter Fraser was a legend boat designer and buillder back in the 70s and 80s and top bloke. Unfortunalty he died not sure what age but i think in his early 50s. His legacy still continues today with hundreds of his boats from small runabouts to right through to well over 30 foot flybridge crusers are still arround. One of his trademarks was his wide bodied runabouts and cabin criusers. If they are looked after the will out live you. I bought a 1983 19 foot Voyger Ghia on Gumtree about two years ago for $14.000. Have spent shit loads on it to bring up to where it is today and is now my pride and joy.

Looking at upgrading to a 150 HP Murcury ASAP. Amazing sea keeping properties roomy confortable and still looks amazing. The main thing is the structural integrety of the hull particulartly the transom.  If you can track him down local boating identity Bob Slight would be a great guy to look over the hull for you. Fraser moulds were purchased and refurbed/ modernised and became Commodore boats.  After a few years Commodore went under and the moulds were packed into a container and sent to China. 

The head builder for commodore is still around and repairing boats.
