Furuno 587 & TM 258 transducer setting

Can anyone tell me what dransducer setting i need to get the most out of this setup. I had a 585 and TM 260 on my last boat and it was either 600 or 1kw. The 587 has about 8 different options for tranducer type.

For a TM260, I would just
For a TM260, I would just just use the standard 1kW setting (right down the bottom of the menu.
There is a specific setting is in the menu somewhere you can use for the TM260 (its actually the closest Furuno transducer number) but no point bothering as all it gives you is the bottom feature and fish alarm, both of which are gimmicks and not worth bothering with.
