Hey Adam, Team Mahi Mahi bought in the Blue Marlin, on Sunday night, weighed in at 216kg, also tagged and released a 250kg blue. Today they tagged and released another blue, about 230kg. The boat in front has 3 fish at the moment, very quiet compared to last year, but all big.
now days.In the 90s they all got smoked by the locals but not sure if that is still the case. That fish weighed early is a good reason for others not to weigh one as well.Puts the idea in the newbies minds that their fish may not make the grade so they dont weigh unless they had a dead fish.
Last night one of the teams competing in GAMEX went out night fishing and after 10 hours fighting, they tagged and released a 350kg Blue Marlin. What a marathon run, mighty effort guys.

Hey Bernie can you tell us what happens to the fish
now days.In the 90s they all got smoked by the locals but not sure if that is still the case. That fish weighed early is a good reason for others not to weigh one as well.Puts the idea in the newbies minds that their fish may not make the grade so they dont weigh unless they had a dead fish.
So tell me have you got your info from years on the water or hours on the internet?
