G'day everyone... My names Troy and I'm a fishaholic!!! Just thought id introduce myself, I'm a keen fisherman... And the perfect deckie... I've had dry lines now for about 3 yrs and finally bought some new gear and got to go fishing again about 2 weeks ago( let's see the ex hock all of this new stuff)
anyway I'm still on the prowl through the for sale section here to reestablish my collection... Anyway would love to chat but Ive decided to go get stupidly wet and see if I can grab a pinkie off the north mole tonight... Come say g'day if ya there... I'm in the xr8 ute with the roofrack and probably a soaked driver hiding in it.... Troy

I see you kept the XR8 LOL
Welcome Troy.
I hear you loud and clear mate. Been there, done that. I managed to recover and rebuild my rod collection only to have a rental cottage burn down and clean me out AGAIN FFS.
My collection is quite conservative now but it gets me out there.

Yeah hard earned to say the
Yeah hard earned to say the least. Would take reports of 40kg YFT busting up around the mole to get me down there!
When asked by a non-fisherman 'how many fishing rods do you really need?' the correct answer is either:
n+1 (where n is the number of fishing rods you currently own); or
n-1 (where n is the number of fishing rods which would cause your significant other to dump you.

Welome aboard Troy. The three
Welome aboard Troy. The three year layoff wouldn't have anything to do with having kids? Cause I know all about that......no fishing, golf etc

Hi Troy
It would take five layers of wet weather gear to get me to the moles in the wet winter weather. Good luck and welcome. Looking forward to seeing your pinkie pics posted up soon.
The best reason for doing what's right today is tomorrow.
