What uses

What does he want to use it for might be a huge help. There are many brands and types for many different types of fishing, skiing, cruising, you name it.

Could be a cabin cruiser, centre console, runabout, bow rider, catamaran, tri hull and plenty more. Makes it a bit hard on giving advice when we don''t have the slightest idea what its going to be used for.

New Boat

Mon, 2013-06-10 14:08

Blake has he considered getting a fabricator to build a Flat-Pac kitset Boat? I am building a 6.5M Hard Top with Flooding Keel, large flat deck, live well and ample shelving. See my pics for comment in the Bragg section.

Hope this helps

Mark

AMM, an australian boat maker has set benchmark in the marine industry. I've  AMM 6800 myself, a plate aluminium boat delivers best performance at  fishing and competitions as well.

boat choice

Sun, 2013-07-07 11:51

For me its fibreglass all the way, my choices, carribean reef runner, seafarer victory or vagabond but note second hand these will be a liitle more than your buget , pacemaker would  be older but cheaper but may require a refurb another clasic is the penguin HUNTRIS . All of hese have deep v hulls and the most comfortable of rides. Would not touch aluminium in a fit, i have a bad back, my chiropractor wants everyone to have ali hulls so he can buy his next Lamborgini.
