Is there a product/ capping that goes over gunwhale rubber?
Mine is all cracked and faded out, however it's glued on and not easy to remove...

you will find with some
you will find with some encouragement it will come off - once you start it will rip off quite easily.
Without a picture /specifics its hard to say whether you could cover it - i would say that about the only thing you could cover it with would be larger strip which might look worse.
I bought some new strip off ali-express a few years ago - it was hard to find a supplier who didn't want me to buy a kilometre of the stuff but what i did end up with was not bad (white with a black rubber (insert) strip

I find I can add a pic when I start a post but that's it, I think if you have photobucket you can or you can add a link. You could try starting a new thread and try attaching - probably the easiest if you don't have photobucket

Whitworths marine has a few different types of
rubbers, I have an older voyager and couldnt get the original rubber anymore. I replaced mine a couple of years back and it wasnt expensive, hope this helps
