Hey Peeps. Back from Coral Bay and not loving life anymore, but pretty proud of my babies so thought I’d have a little brag. These are the only photos I didn’t look silly in lol.

I know right? I’ve slready cooked up some Pan Snapper, Pig Wrasse, Rosy & Honeycomb Cod... I was the envy in the kitchen at the backpackers that’s for sure. Saving the good stuff for dinner with the folks :)

Well done Helen , those goldies are really good on the chew , Im sure you had a great time on the charters, not surprised
to see you in a jumper and having wind hair as the sunny coral bay weather seems to be short on supply lately.
And I feel your photo pain , in real life im a stunner , but in photos I seem to be a slighly overwieght , balding fisherman , pulling funny faces
damm those cameras and there sharp focus and high pixel count. haha.

as far as photos go if the fish is a good who cares how you look. were all just going to be jealous and take the p#@s out of you lol . your going to be eating well for a while

Thought I’d add my latest cook up at the end of the photos because it was absolutely AMAZING! Even if i must say so myself. Almond crusted Coral Bay Goldie on an asparagus fettuccine with a citrus dijon sauce. The photo doesn’t even come close to doing the dish justice.

them dishes look good but
them dishes look good but you ruined the taste by putting all that stuff on the fish. best way to get the true flavor of the fish is cook in a bit of butter lightly dusted in flour imo.have you tried the cod yet.
