Help! Furuno 585

Hi All
I have recently purchased the 585 sounder ( big thanks to Jersey for hooking me up with a great price ). I'm looking for any tips on settings and things like that. I have never used any high tech sounder like this so I really don't know where to start. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction and I can start to get the most out of this sounder. I guess like all things practice will make perfect also.

Bob's go the colour furnao 668 (old now) and he just read and read the book, in the boat after setting up sat with simulator on and practiced and practiced, now he is cool, helps other people out in the club. The old saying practice makes perfect. Good luck
