Hi fellow fishwreckers been a while since my last post been busy. Recently for my birthday the missus got me a Daiwa Saltist 4500H . Just curious if you people could give me some ideas on a rod to suit. I will be using it for snapper fishing and hitting the demersals. Probably rigging it up with 50lb braid Berkly Whiplash. Prefere a rod with a softer tip .
thank you in advanced . All suggestions welcome price range is 100-300 bucks .

Looks like you got your
Looks like you got your jigging gear sorted, I was thinkin of putn one on something like the 7'2" monster mesh for casting, trolling and live baitn for big pelagics like kings, tuna and macks (dreaming I know) and would go alright drifting a big bait down a burley trail for a pinky, or jiggin sp for big stuff, bout 200 bucks but its a 2 piece. Or you could sell me the reel if you cant find a rod to suit lol
I am, as I've said, merely competent. But in an age of incompetence, that makes me extraordinary.
