How do you moor your vessel?

Howdy,

I'm new to the forum and am hoping you can help a fellow boatie out.

I’m in the process of developing an online solution, MoorMe, as I believe searching for marina berth prices, locating facilities and booking a berth should be plain sailing (excuse the pun!).

I’ve had some great feedback along the way and would like to learn about your personal experiences on the water, specifically about how you book your marina stays.

If you'd like to help out, please copy and paste the Google survey link below into your browser to answer some really quick questions about how your moor your vessel and plan your boating adventures:

If you have any further questions or feedback, just let me know.

Thanks all and much appreciated!

Cheers

Very different in WA as opposed to over east with most marinas being owned by the government.

WA has massive waiting lists for marina berths and very few river moorings come up for sale. Apart from the 40 moorings being released just this month there are no new mooring site available.

It is even difficult to get visitor spots as these are usually full of boats waiting for moorings/pens.
