how to post youtube clip?

Ive got a short clip from youtube to share on the site, how do i go about pasting the video player on here not just the link? Ive tried the embed code and looked at in preview and still doesnt come up?

so just put that tag at the beginning and end of the embed code? The video player should pop up in preview shouldnt it? I couldnt get it to work...
