Huge schools bunbury

Dont get excited, not salmon schools:P was down at the rocks in front of the bunbury light house having lunch and noticed a huge circle of what look like rippled water. kept looking out and noticed about 3 or 4 more...soon realised it was just bait fish coz every now and then would see a hole heap jumping for there lives as some sort of fish was snapping for some lunch. each scool was about the size of a small house and soon got parted by a few passing boats..they were porpbaly 20 metres from casting distance. talked to 2 blokes and they said a few boats were trolling around over top of them. one guy caught a chopper so they could of been tailor chasing for a feed. ive never seen anything like it in bunbury ecspeicaly for the back beach... white bait?? mulies?? what do u guys recon??spewing i didnt have my kayak and rods:( did any one else see this?? fishing addiction!! maybe there should be a help line:P

More than likely buffs, used to get big schools tailing behind where the old fisherman's jetty used to be and off the end of the spur.

I seen the same thing at the same spot, same time last year.

All we could pull out of the fraca's was tailor, with skippy underneath.

Couple locals were telling me they were bonito ripping into the mulie schools, but I threw all sorts of baits and lures at them and couldn't find a bonny.
