Hey peoples.
Just wondering if anyone would like to give me some money so I can buy a boat? I'm looking for about $40k. I reckon that will get me something fairly decent. Cheers!

Try getting a partner
When I wanted to buy my boat, I got big brother to go halves - he works offshore, so he doesn't get to use it much, and I'm there then anyway.
You have some family members who might put some cash in and be part owners - pick the members who hate boating and fishing - or get so seasick that they only want to use your boat on rare occasions...
