injected versus carbys

gidday all a mate is thinkin of buying another motor for his boat but got told fuel injected motors are thirsty compared to normally aspirated any info cheers

craig all the big motors are fuel injected and the smaller ones are mostly carbied, normally aspirated means not supercharged/ turbocharged so yeah a normally aspirated motor will be less thirsty.id go efi as they have many sensors around the engine to adjust fuel, timing, all that stuff
