June long weekend - 4m tinny beach launch in Guilderton?

HI Guys
Saw an older post from 2008 about launching a boat from guilderton
Was looking for some new info. Has the groin been rebuilt?
Going to Guilderton for June long weekend, want to know how easy it is to launch a 4m tinny from the beach that time of year?
If its like Seabird this time of year I might give it a miss....

Should be ok if there isnt
Should be ok if there isnt too much swell or chop. The groyne is fairly effective as a barrier for the SW swell under say 1.5m
