Kevlacat 2400 vs Leisurecat 7m

I am looking at upgrading from a 5.2 Kevlacat to either a Kevlacat 2400 or a Leisurecat 7m and just wanted opinions/experiences on the good and bad for both boats.

Have you considered alloy cats?
The sailfish range or Marlin Broadbill 7.5 offshore has great reviews

Leisure Cat!

I've been in many Leisure Cats and rate them highly!

My mate had a 7m LC also which I fished on many times and it eats up the conditions

Mate has a 8m Markham

Mate has a 8m Markham Dominator and been on it a bit in rough stuff, I rate it as a good boat (never looked like tipping or broaching). Only thing wrong with them is a lack of inspection ports/access to various hull sections in case you get water coming in (something he had easily rectified and Markham is not the only boat with access problems).

No signs of stress at all to the hull. Need a good trailer set up with them.

Kevlacat are also good as are noosacats. no experience with leisure cats myself so can't comment

 Leisurecat for me.

i have a 7m markham and love it, but I don't think you can beat local support and advice.

kevlacat have been in receivership and are now defunct along with markham.

seems the way of oz at the moment.

have dealt with kev hoarsely at leisurecat, as have a few mates of mine and they and I are all happy with results.

I know that Kevlacat has new owners but I am not looking to buy new just looking at good used boats.
