that's a good whiting. I don't know how juicy those lemons are but last time I used that much lemon the fish turned soo sour ended up not eating it.. cooked some sausages. hope it tasted alright
I just scale and rinse them, cook the fillets skin on. Helps if you have one of the scaling bags to drag behind the boat on the way back to the ramp, then the job is done.
