A mate of mine just told me how he recently booked a trip worth 25 grand for $1500.....
The advertising agency stuffed up the ad which was supposed to say $1500 off the normal $25,000 price instead it said $1500 per person... hahaha GOLD!!!!
Apparently the mob has offered quite a bit of money to him to sell them back the tickets and have put restrictions on when he can use the holiday (one set of dates in september) but hes refused to sell them back the ticket and is doing whatever it takes to be able to use the ticket when they have said.
I guess since the advertising agency stuffed up theyll have to cop the cost - not the tour operator :-)
I think its awesome, only spewing i didnt know about the typo before they removed the advert!

Odyssey Expeditions is the one I have been on and HIGHLY recommend, covered tender for trips, food to die for and above all an amazing crew and at least $4,000 less per person than True North
