Kwinana Mulloway?
Submitted by sideshow on Sat, 2013-03-02 14:57
Hi Guys and girls
I was wondering if anyone knew if there were any mulloway preferably around Kwinana/ Henderson? Ive tried the Eshed and spent about 60hrs there and about 50hrs elsewhere in the river over the last few months and only watched others pull them in. I wouldnt mind trying the ocean but not sure where to go. I live in Armadale so anywhere bewteen Rocko and Cott dont want to travel to much further.
Even a shark would be good but smaller rather then larger as I would like to eat it and My gear is a 10kg setup but with heavy leaders Using scalys for bait.
Im goin fishing tomorrow evening (Sunday 3/3/13) and Im land based.
Any advice would be much appretiated.
Thanks
Brendon

My trace is Black Magic 40lb
My trace is Black Magic 40lb fluorocarbon and they were using 80-100lb.
I have had them suck on the live scalys, taken a few meters of line and spit them out and not come back which is frustating as hell.
The blokes who cuaght them were saying my rig setup was pretty much the same as theirs just a bit light on the leader.
I am guessing its just a matter of patience as good things come to those who wait.

I would try Trigg but its a
I would try Trigg but its a little too far away cheers though
What is the south mole like or would it be as busy as the E shed wharf? or maybe port beach? or maybe the rock groines in Jervoise bay near woodman point it looks like I could drive out on them?
Would it be worth using any burley or would that just bring in rays?
