hey mate try off the reef on the left hand side of the boat ramp in port walk all the way at the end and cast towards the pilon have pulled a few blue lined emperor out of there a few years ago . Alot has changed around hedland the past few years and land based fishing is no where near as good as it used to be 12 years ago but there are still a few good spots around town as for finucane 6 mile spoilbank they still produce some good fishing at times but definantly over fished best way to find your spots is to just get out there and explore.
hi mate,there have been a few blue salmon gettin around so finucane could be good like suggested around the boat ramp area, i would fish the last of the run out then the turn and then the run in, also the boat ramp in town could also be a good choice, i will probably be down there this arvo bout 3 but on the right hand side trying my luck for a jew or 2, if interested send us a PM
