good spot
ledge point is a great land based spot to fish, even straight of the beach out from town is good. if u have a 4wd then ur in for some good early morning/ late arvo sessions. the beaches north of town have some pretty fishy looking water with reefs and deep gutters really close to shore. good luck mate.

i too, am keen to load up the 4x4 get up there for a weekend of fishing. I heard it can be hard work working the tracks and beach amoungst heaps of 4 wheelers, bikes and other 4bies. or is that more at lancelin?

when i went up there i only
when i went up there i only saw 1 other fellow 4wdriver. as u said its more so around lancelin that sees all the traffic in the dunes. 4wdriving these tracks are pretty easy aswell, but not many places to get onto the beach.

go south from the main beach
go south from the main beach entry up to "the turn" that goes south east. Only 1km or so from main beach entry.
Plenty of tailor and occassional mulloway.
