ledge point launching??

Hi
I have a 6.4m fibre glass boat that is quite heavy that I am considering taking up to ledge. Does anyone know if I will stand a chance launching and retreiving with a 07 hilux 4x4 turbo desiel?

Would be hard work i reckon.
Would be hard work i reckon. The done thing up there is to drag the boat onto the beach with a rope/strap, then winch the boat onto the trailer. I have seen several cars completely flooded from trying to retrieve by reversing into the water.

In Lancelin (about 13km North) Launching off the beach is easy but my boat is small, If I was you I would not take it as there is almost no fish there

Heaps in Lano, Nothing at Ledge, In Lano we have a whiting spot and catch 30 in 10 minutes, 8 Tailor in half an hour and 15 Herring in half an hour is No bite or 25 in half an hour is big bight! You should have seen me and younga34 at the jetty. 50 Herring in 45 Minutes

Lets face it there are no fish
past the ocean reef marina.So everyone should just stay south of there

he is very much loving being worried about
on a serious note he has keyhole surgery sometime early january to fix the other two arteries that are blocked then fingers crossed he will be 21 again, as for the new boat goes very well certainly more horespower than he can use!

no worries like wise to you and your family
as for the winch will have to wait another 12 months to use it poor bugger got crook just as the new boat came and the crays started moving!
