Ledge Point/Lancelin Beach fishing

Hi All
Just after some advice. Looking to take my son up to Ledge/ Lancelin area on Saturday arvo into the night and doing some beach fishing. Have never fished land based up that way. Any pointers as to where I should be starting to look?

Hi, I do Lancelin and Ledge beach charters, always happy to help with some advice on whats bitting where. Unfortunately not around Saturdayfor a chat, have a weedding to attend to.
This week found the Tailor far more, reliable south of town. If you have a 4wd head south there are several points that have deeper water acess with out the shallow bank any one of those have been producing good Tailor and lots of sharks.
North of town better for Mulloway but the big tides washed a lot of beaches away last night with a little swell so you will need to poke around to find a nice hole or gutter. Any of the spots near reef will also produce some 60+ Tailor. Be carfull beach driving north of town especially high tide.
