the rfbl is required by all
the rfbl is required by all that fish from a boat unless you are willing to share the limit on another persons rfbl . So it is not required as long as someone on the boat has one

Powered boat
I know it's picking but the RFBL only applies to a powered vessel. So I could row 500m offshore in my little dinghy and fish away.

You need it when your
You need it when your fishing landbased if you have used the boat to get to where your fishing (not sure why its called fishing FROM a boat licence). I got busted for that and they threw my fish off the end of the jetty.
i dont fish from my boat very often so all the PC knobs can shoot me! haha

I'm sure
they consider a jetski a powered boat/vessel.
