Limestone blocks wanted

Hey fellas does anyone know of a good place to source limestone blocks and have them delivered? I need about 30 - 40m worth preferably 500 x 200 approx, just out of interest are they easy to cut and will they stain much with bore water? If they stain what the best way to wash / scrub off the iron stains?

Thanks in advance,

Old Salt

Measure close as 10 extra

Measure close as 10 extra blocks is another $90 approx. If your short then you have to waste time picking more up.

200mm recons are about 65 kilograms. You might be strong but if you pick them up wrong you may do an O-ring.

A 9 inch grinder will cut them but has no clutch which could result in cutting a bumhole in your face if it goes wrong.

To prevent staining, seal the stone with a 'natural' penertrating sealer. Non-natural goes shiny.

You can hit it with a high pressure washer if vanadium stains appear via bore water.

Alternatively spot try some Oxalic acid to see if will reduce the staining.

Happy stoning, or maybe just ring Ben
