little weekend write up

thank god we have had some good weather over the weekend.
we started our journey on saturday when i took the old man out who used to fish back in hes hay days but hadnt been on a boat in years dead flat conditions went out about 1 mile in the 8m mark over a reefy bottom after a bit of burley the old man was on hes first pinky a cracking 78cm before we could unhook the fish the missus was on another 75cm pinky next drop pulled a 49cm king george then the sting rays came in to say gday so time to call it a day
sunday was a good day went out to the same area but went a little deeper around the 9m mark were we got two more pinks and a nice dhuey
all in all was a great weekend.
