Long Weekends Fishing
Well, im off down to 'sunny' Walpole tomorrow, probably to do some black breaming, maybe go over to the 'infamous' skippy rock and will probably get some spotlighting done, depending upon conditions. Might have to go to some of the ol' secret spots to see if I can't find any big blackies, kg's or silver bream..
And if not, getting plenty pissed for the grand final should be good, Carrn the Eagles, atleast beat Sydney, they suck.
Taking an assortment of soft plastics down to give them a test out and a few small hardbodies. Never been a huge fan of them, but might be worth a shot if the bite is heating up. Will take the trusty camera, just incase.
Anyway, Hope you all have a good weekend and get into some fish.. Will leave Sam incharge of the site, so hopefully everything will run smoothly.. Let us know how you go!!

Long Weekend
Just got back from the long weekend, a day early as I wanted to avoid the traffic congestion and see how the boys went out wide today.
Tally for down at Walpole was 1 1.5kg black bream for the first afternoon, which was spent mostly consuming beverages.
Next morning we went to the whiting spot and picked up 27 king george, all aroun 30-40cm.. They were well fed and big and fat, lovely indeed.. Also picked up a few flathead, shovelnose sharks and a heap of herring.. Didn't manage to take any photos as the bite was too hot to put down the rod..
The grand final drinks killed most of the rest of the fishing opportunities :(
Just got back to find that the guys caught 5 pinkies, 3 skippy and lost a few monsters and trawlled up a few bonito and small macks out behind Rotto.. Will post up some pictures soon..
