Lowrance HDS8 Help

Just wondering if anyone can help me with a sort of trip meter on Lowrance Hds8. I want to zero a trip and use it over a couple of trips, to see how km im getting from a tank of fuel exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated

press the pages buttom and
press the pages buttom and srcoll through there till the info page. the reset trip is in there.
Thats how l did it on my HDS5 so i'd imagine its the same.

Could you tell me whats the biggest transducer that you can stick on that unit.Would i support a 2kw tranny.It looks like max rms is 3750.

Biggest you can fit or even biggest Airmar make for the Lowrance is a 1KW
