Lure advise Please

I am looking for a HB lure to fish for medium sized skippy under the jetty. Any suggestions ?

I want to use HB's since
I want to use HB's since there are plagues of Trumps and Yellowtail at times. The problem with skippy fishing on the busso jetty in daylight hours is getting past the layer of yellowtail and trumps. Also I want a lure that is more durable so it is always on hand.
