Submitted by POC on Sun, 2011-09-04 09:24
As Dammo mentioned in his Keep river story i have been making my own soft plastics.
Great fun and very addictive.......here is a photo of some earlier models, some still need trimming up though......That's the wifes job
........LOL
Will post some photo's of the later versions soon. (Brad how did yours go mate?)
(Got some for you to try Daisy)
Thanks for the feed back Dammo....hope i do as well when were up there in your neck of the woods looking forward to it.
Cheers POC

I've watched Jeffo make some
I've watched Jeffo make some of his own and the possibilities are endless. Once you have the gear it'd be a reasonably cheap hobby
I like the look of the 4 on the right, I reckon the coral trout would go nuts for them, as well as dhuies down south.

Once I was in touch with one
Once I was in touch with one of the members here who was making his SP and wanted me to do some molds for him, but it wasn’t cost viable (for me). He was getting his gear from here. http://www.del-mart.com/shop/home.php?cat=395

I have just ordered some
I have just ordered some stuff off of You make em soft plastics wedsite. It seems to be cheap enough. I'll find out in about 7 days when the goods get delivered as to whether or not I stick to making my own as I have never done it before. But with the shit weather around, it'll keep me entertained or frustrated.
