capel river
I was told the capel river was good to last season I was there early for opening day was first person on the river had my brother as well we had our 12 nets and got 2 just sized marron in 6 hours off marroning complete waste of time my opinion. Collie is where I head now bag out no drama at all.

Waste of time
Capel River gets fished out well before the season starts, total waste of time going there.
cheers

as a collie boy you should know that culling them out, out of season helps propagate the marron population for when the city lickers come down

Marroning out of season???
I have no idea what you are talking about Petermac haha. Not sure when exactly when the season opens next year but you wont find me any where on a river or dam bank for those two weeks, far too much food in the water and not enough marron to eat all of the chook pellets thrown in by the so called city lickers..
no offence intended!!!

Plates
That's why the vehicles in Collie have their number plates starting with CO. It stands for crustacean offender.
