Hey I have a few questions, what's the fishing and weather like in exmouth ATM?
im heading up on Monday week, will be there till Thursday
where should I be looking at fishing at?
i will be land based and armed with my 5k stella with my flicky
will be using metals, plastics, stick baits
and last of all, anyone on here have a house in exmouth? I know it's a long shot with Christmas and all
Would be willing to pay rent and so on for those 3 nights

I'm heading up on Sunday & spent the last two weeks trolling through all the old posts on here. There is some gold in there!
ive been looking more for boat fishing, but Bundegi flats near the tide change is pretty popular for queenies & seems like the marinas can put on a bit of variety which should be good on light tackle.. Maybe bring a bream rod as well?
One of the first things I plan on doing is stopping into Bluewater up there. Last time I was there the guys were a massive help! Brilliant shop.
For accom, i know it seems pretty solidly booked, but I would give Ray White a call.. if that fails, try the caravan parks for Cabins??
Good luck!

exmouth spots
gady,my advice if your going to exxy nothing you can do about the weather just hang in there,if you want to catch monster bluebone go down to the marina boat ramp and you will see them there every morning and every night before dusk, and I mean the boat ramp the rocks about five metres to the south of them, park your arse on them get some little crabs for bait and hang on,might even be wise to tie yourself to the car, otherwise Learmonth jetty is always good on an incoming tide, generally you will get westerlys every day at some some stage so stick to the gulf side and perservere, good luck..
