If it has tits, tires, or a transom, there's gonna be issues!

Sorry should have jumped in
Sorry should have jumped in yesturday but was bussy. I havn't been in this boat built under this name so can't comment on the exact model and build quality but have been in many Douglas crafts'out of the same mould and honestly not a bad hull. Soft riding for there size but they can be slightly on the tender side.
A good mate has one and is converting to a cc to just pure fishing. I would give them a good thumbs up.
Could depend a little on exactly what you are looking for in a boat though....?

What size Donk is your Mate running, want to use the boat for fishing and the water-sking. Thinking along the lines of a 90 hp Yammy 2 stroke or the evinrude etec, but dont know if it wll be strong enough to pull a skier...

The last one i sold (about
The last one i sold (about three months ago) had a 90 merc. It was good power and possibly ideal but slightly under gunned for skiing. Anything heavier i think i would not recomend. My mate actually wants a 115 on his but if i get my say he won't... I would go the 90 yam and just prop it a little lower.

Actuallu i should say i
Actuallu i should say i havn't been in one with a v4 outboard (which is the next size up from a 90 and normally about 160 ish kilos) but should say i have seen many with v4s fitted. My mates came with a blown up v4 90 johno so..I could be wrong.
Maybe keep asking around.
