Mercury

Gday all, Just wondering if anybody has had good reports or can point me in the right direction as to a specialist mercury servicer around the perth metro dont mind travelling north or south either if its for a good cause,  Its due for the yearly tweak up and got a few questions and little things would like looked at by someone who really knows what they are doing, Its a 115hp 2 stroke... cheers

try Challenge Marine in Balcatta - speak with Stuwart in the service department (South African bloke)...

they are a little pricey on servicing costs though they seem to know what they're talking about

Dont even think about Saltwater marine they have the worst mechanics, staff and i think kids would do a better job. we took our mercury to them and they said there was nothing wrong with it but the but the engine said different, so after taking it to them for 6 months it ended up that we had to solved the problem.

try portside marine i know they service the mariners (mercury) on the cockburn sea rescue cats

Westline, If you are NOR try Ernie at Just Marine in Hillary's. He is an independent and not biased by brand of motor. He calls and explains what is required before fixing and holds onto old bits that have been replaced to show you. He fixed a prob I had with an old merc that 3 others didn't.
Cheers,
David

Could try

You could try these guys: Hitech Marine Centre

They are Australia's Largest Mercury / Mercruiser Engine Repower Centre, we specialise in Engines, Engine Parts and reconditioning for Mercury Mercruisers.

Mention you are fishwrecked, they may be coming onboard as site sponsors soon, so may do a discount, still yet to discuss that with them. Theres a new supercenter in Wangara and another store south of there, just can't remember where at the mo.

Cheers,
Adam
