Give that a bash mate (car park side) and go right down to the end of the groyne. If you have a good easterly you will have a blast, casting a LONG WAY. Get yourself into some Herring, Skippy (1kg plus are possible), Salmon, Tarwhine etc.

Best of luck champ!

Cheers lads,

Probably a bit out of your way but have been absolutely slaughtering herring/skippy/salmon trout on small (2") SP's over the past few weekends at the Dawesville Cut and Mandurah Old Traffic Bridge. Oh, and a few size silver bream and flatties as well.

I caught a sh*t load of gardies at the kiosk North Mole on Sunday. A few herring smashing the bait when they could get through the cloud of thick gardies chasing the berley.

Middle of the day - bagged 40 on my own during a couple of hours. Some bait for up north and few to snack on that night. Worth a go.
