Mindarie marina shark/ray

last night was trying to have fun with the ray inside marina had a little run in one direction then swam back towards me thought i had lost it but went in another direction and line snapd didnt feel like a ray could this have been a shark?

Eagle rays are fairly
Eagle rays are fairly notorious for changing directions and can sometimes can have you thinking its something else on the line. Until it comes into view, then the swearing starts.
