My new boat
Submitted by Katman on Sat, 2014-08-23 07:05
Time has finally come for a new boat
After months of looking and finally getting the missus somewhat keen
We finally found a boat that ticked all our required boxes, Searider 5.5 mtr
While I am at it I just want to say that Chris at Allboats was great to deal with, in fact so were Maz , Damian and Bridget
My wife is a legend , all she asked for was a transom door and the boat could not be red
Looking forwards to some great fishing moments coming up
Any chance that the previous owner is a member here ?

Good fishing boat!
My last boat was a 5.5 sea rider. Plenty of deck and great for the foulest weather. Hopefully you'll get some blood on the decks soon.

Nice one

There's a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot.

Enjoy, I have a basically identical boat to that. Sea rider 5.5 but as you know it's a much bigger boat than 5.5m. I have been 50km of exy to way past the fads. Very capable boat.
enjoy great boat.

Congrats mate!
I have a 5.2m Sea Rider and couldn't be happier with it.
I actually saw yours for sale online the other day when googling Sea Rider photos. Not many photos of them around but seem to be a few guys on here with them.
Not too big, not too small.
Cheers
P.s. Sea Rider talk has lured out my first post : )
