i need some 1 to raise my flat roof patio raised 500 mm to get my new boat under it , i have offered the work to a few patio builders in the rocky but they arnt interested , any 1 on the site willing to have a crack at the job ? give me a call on 0418935456

you could just make a sleeve
you could just make a sleeve to fit over the tubing you have. hire one of them roof jacks i think thats what they are called. doing one end at a time cutting whats there with a grinder and while supporting it at the desired height drill through both the sleeve and the poles that are there and bolt in place. then repeat at other end . thats only if free standing

problem is its not free standing its attached to the house starting to thing i just should pull it down and get anouther 1 put up , thing is its not that old
