New cray selling rule

This new rule for professional crayfisherman selling 50 of their crays, is this a once off thing per pro per season or is it something they can do daily/weekly

Yep, I've learnt that they can apply for another 50 tags after they've used up their first quota. There's a certain amount of tags available, and either they all get used or April comes around, what ever occurs first.
