New trailer for 5.7m f/g

Hi Team,

I need to replace my rusty old trailer and found this on Gumtree, I have a 5.7m f/g half cab, old and very heavy.

Seabreeze Boating is the dealer, but haven't heard much about this mob let alone trailers they sell. Has anyone experienced or know anything about these trialers? They seem to be priced reasonably, they also sell a galv model.

Thanks for your assistance.

Not sure what boat you have

Not sure what boat you have but my thought is 3 keel rollers not anywhere near enough for most older fibreglass boats (it likely needs the most support/weight on the keel rather than side rollers) there is 4 but the front one appears too close the winch post to be of any use. It ideally should have at least 2-3 more with the rear keel roller right at the back under the transom.

Yes, you're right. Just noticed after you mentioned it the last keel roller closest to the winch post seems very close. Not too sure why it's even there. The boat is a haines hunter 565c, with 175hp, 1985 model I believe.

Give John Papas trailers in

Give John Papas trailers in Welshpool a call..9201 2446. For that price they will do a fully galvanised multi-roller trailer for your size boat.

I bought one a year and a half ago for my 5.7m fibreglass half cabin, I have since sold it but while I had it, I found it to be excellent and wouldn't hesitate buying another if I had to.
