Submitted by Faulkner Family on Tue, 2022-02-01 17:57
A few months back we decided to get a new trailer for the tub as the other one was in desperate need of some repairs . Rather than fix something that would not be cheap to do we went with new.
Went with southwest trailers . Got it back yesterday and from the pics it looks realy good. Will be getting a good test when the boat get towed up to hedland next month

Nice trailer Russ
I bet all the fish on the banks are breathing a sigh of relief, and all the offshore species are shitting themselves!.

Just be careful
With blue skids resting on ribs. ( glass should be red ), blue has no give at all .It will 100 percent split them . After doing my deck and inside hull rebuild. Also Andy done his deck and inside . There is bugger all strength in them . Swiftys are buggers to get on trailer . Both myself and Andy removed all skids . I went to a dual multi roller on the back of mine . Never looked back comes up dead straight all the time . Just keep an eye on it .

Thanks for the info. Will
Thanks for the info. Will definitely keep an eye on it . Change out to the red if I have to. Never had a problem with the boat not going straight up the trailer but that could have been the way it was set up.
