night fish thursday

just got back from 4 hours on the water ,anchored on the three mile and got the burly going ,snapper stright away ,not big just undersize .didn't get any big ones ,ended up with 7snapper all released and ond dhuie 550mm kept for dinner tomorrow.

and portjacksons - even when floatbaiting a mulie the rays n bottom ooglies ( pjs fiddlers etc) come n eat it - had a session on the three mile caught about 10 rays in an hour n went home lol

i use a small wide gape hook with a mulie tail and a pea sized sinker - good for snapper up to around 75cm so far gonna try once  winter starts up with some  storms
