Non fishing related. Another Rotto wreck vid.

Just thought I'd share another vid, same deal as the last vid I put up a few months ago on the Mira Flores. I've set myself the goal to get some decent marks and record all the Rotto wrecks and north metro before winter kicks in.

Hopefully some will find it interesting, This vid is on all the known wrecks in Thompson Bay. Spent last monday zipping around the bay, knocked out 5  shallow dives and two snorkels by mid afternoon and came back getting smashed by the seabreeze.

Only one dive was outside the sanctuary, got 4 sized crays, two were bigguns amongst around 30 kakkas in one little cave in just 4 metres

Colonial wrecks aren't everyones idea of a good dive but I find em interesting when you research a little, know the story then go out for a visit. Hopefully some others will get a kick out of it.

Best to switch it to HD quality.

Cheers.

Thats pretty cool, quite a bit of history there eh. I like the captions explaining what part of the wreck it is, helps put the pictures together.

Well done RF, some fine video and stills there.

Thanks for the history lesson, too....it's fascinating to read about what these ships were up to before their demise.

Keep up the great work.

regards
