***NOR v SOR comp postponed until 07/07/07***
I am sure everyone guessed this already but based on the current BOM forcast for this Saturday there is no way we would suggest anyone goes out in that. So we will postpone for yet another week and hope for a fishable day. At ths rate it might well be November before we get the planets to align on a given Saturday and provide us with good boating weather. Saturday: NW winds 25/33 knots with squalls to 45 knots ahead of an early W/SW 20/30 knots change. Winds abating to W/SW 13/18 knots by midday. Winds tending NW'ly 15/20 knots during the evening. Seas 2.0m to 3.0m. Swell 2.0m rising to 3.0m. Keep an eye out for more posts on the comp as we approach 7/7/07 (at least there are lots of lucky numbers in that date). (Hehehe)

why dont you
have a comp in the swan river ..landbased and boats together..its in neutral territory and it accessible for everyone....also beats waiting for the seas to get better so you can take ya boat out as most of the river wouldnt be that rough....and at least some of us without a boat can go too....just an idea......nth vs sth depending on where you live and fish in a central body of water...no advantages then either.......

Swan session
Absolutely Vanders, we have always said we will have a swan fish, but we wanted to get the ocean stuff out of the way first and have the swan fish more of a social bbq / presentation night type event.
