Yes the common name is Charlie court but its name is black tip rock cod they actually eat really well. These guys are sold in WA as chinaman cod, they have a slightly oblong eye. There is also a close relo that is brown.

could be an eel blennie. they are actually a fish but have the body shape of an eel. use to have a few when workin in sharkbay
