Ocean Ref Boat Harbour

Hey Broos wondering if i could get some fish in the northern bay in the harbour at a rising tide thought the baitfish might come in with the tide into the harbour and skippy or herring might chase them so around maybe 12ish and any advice on rigs for flathead or anything because there is a sand bank which drops a meter plus in a length of 30 cm
also would braid be ideal with mono leader with size2 hook and very small sinker please comment

I would think you would need 6lb braid maximum there
Try some small soft plastics if you are after flathead.
