Oil palm tree pruner and electrician wanted NOR

As titled, looking for someone to prune a large oil palm we have. Seems a bit dangerous so happy to pay a specialist to prune it.
Also looking for an electrician to prep house for rental (hard wire smoke alarm and safety switch)
located NOR and be happy to pass business onto local FW member.
